The Tomar Trust awards evening was held last Friday evening in the school. Past Pupil and Liscannor native Peter Mc Carthy CEO of Tekelek Shannon came to hand out the Awards to this years recipients. He spoke to the boys about their future careers and informed them that engineering would be a good option as there are many jobs available in this area. Hardware engineers are difficult to find in Ireland and are often employed from a different country. Travel is also a big option with Engineering. We wish to thank Peter for taking the time to return to CBS on Friday to speak with our senior students and for being our special Guest at the Tomar Trust Awards night.
