On a day to day basis the most important action we can take to protect ourselves from Covid-19 is regular handwashing and good respiratory hygiene.

  • Wash your hands well and often to avoid contamination
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or sleeve when coughing or sneezing and discard used tissue in waste bin
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces

Information and posters are attached and viewed and downloaded
