Firstly Ms Molloy had a surprise for the pupils which involved meeting a famous Mayo football star, Andy Moran. 

The all star and footballer of the year welcomed them to Mayo and to his gym The Movement based in Castlebar this morning @8.30. Where Andy put them through their paces and had an interesting questions and answers session with the pupils. 

The pupils thoroughly enjoyed the hour spent in the gym, warming up, stretching, circuits and cool down and plenty of conversation and questions. 

We have now landed in Achill having lunch, settled in our houses met the "bean an tí" and waiting to start our first activity. 

A huge thank you to Andy and staff for his lovely welcome, advice, information and knowledge of sport.
