U-16.5 Hurling. Congratulations to our U-16.5 hurling team who had a comprehensive win over Mercy Mount Hawk of Tralee on Wednesday last. Played in Adare Co. Limerick in what can be only described as perfect hurling conditions, a fine display was produced by our team. The opening half saw an even spread of scores between both parties before Ennistymon picked up the pace and put in a clinical second half to see out the competition. A strong performance from all was evident, in particular Keith White, who excelled from centre back, Gary Twomey, Eoin Fitzgerlad, Aidan Mc Carthy and Cian Shannon all did well.
